I remember the first time I got headbutted: a two-timer. Yeah, the fight didn't last much longer.

Mine never really got going. This was high school, and I'd exchanged words with some kid who left and came back with reinforcements, including one (his older brother) with a bat. Bat dude asked which one had been involved earlier, and the kid pointed at me and said "him." Bat dude charged me before I could really assess the situation, and my primary concern was making sure I didn't take a bat to the head. Fortunately, bat dude dropped the bat and lunged. I managed to catch him and hold him in a way that kept him from swinging on me, but I was still pinned down with my arms locked up. He managed to rear back and headbutt me before things were broken up. I was pretty proud of the way I reacted and managed to shake off the headbutt, but I definitely saw stars.

This all happened in front of a friend's parent's house, and I took defensive tack because I thought it unwise to get into a brawl in their driveway. In retrospect, I'm glad it didn't escalate. We were outnumbered, they had at least one bat, and my friends weren't exactly scrappers (I was the fighter). It really could have gone badly.

I hope to never get punched in the face again.

I did some MMA training and had no problem getting choked out, armbared, etc, but standup rattled me hard. I was seriously freaked out after sparring the first time. Didn't help that I was against a more experience guy who wanted to show off his nuts / beat up the large dude.

I remember the first time I saw a guy take an elbow to the head. Split his temple right open, while knocking him unconscious. Can't imagine waking up in a pool of your own blood is fun.

Chipotle has removed all GMO ingredients from its menu. They had a board meeting and it's purpose was how can we make our brand more obnoxious, pander to stupid hippies, AND raise prices?

Guac surcharge is probably $4 for the tea spoon now.

I'm all for a balanced diet and healthy eating, but I think that it's hilarious that these "clean living" hippies don't realize that they're being punked into spending more money on absolutely nothing.

and for the love of god, Monsanto, get on that medical marijuana growing while you can.

there's this Azn grocery store near me, and the owners must be loving the fact that they just stick the word "organic" in front of "avocado" and boom they can charge an extra buck. I bet you they get avocados from the $1 place I found and just pass them off as $3 organics. I love it.

I worked at a deli one summer during high school. Next door in the strip mall was an organic food store. The owner each morning would come in and buy a ton of our fruit and sell it for higher prices at his store. We just laughed about it. He ended up going to jail for drunk driving.

Or that they are more afraid of GMOs that don't need as many pesticides than regular or organic crops that require more pesticides.

Fun Fact: I've never washed any vegetables or fruits before consuming them.
