A guy from the utility company came by today and listened. He couldn't even hear it, but they sent a 60-year old with hearing aids and he didn't even have one of them.

I'm beginning to think it's an electronic device because it doesn't change in pitch and it doesn't stop. Maybe something is malfunctioning on my neighbor's back deck. I'm going to knock on his door tonight.

Old people can't hear high pitched things.

There used to be ringtones for teens that were outside the hearing range of their teachers (don't know how that is better than vibrate...but who knows).

Looks like Big Poppa Pump might be in trouble with the law for "terrorist threats." I expected better from Big Poppa Pump.

I heard about those.

OK, some potentially good news: my landlord encountered what seems to be the same problem in early 2014 and it was so bad that he had the cops come over to investigate. It turned out to be a rogue fire alarm or some similar alarm in the neighbor's house. This means the guy is either dead or on vacation because there's no way a human can tolerate this sound.

You're right - it would be awesome news if that dude is dead. Good luck!

My wife was informed upon picking my kids up yesterday that another kid went home with a stomach bug. According to my son, who gave us a rundown of what happened, the sick girl threw up while they are all gathered together at the table. Now I'm pretty much counting the hours until someone in my home starts barfing, which is just extra awesome given my daughter's birthday party is scheduled for Saturday, and we have a whole bunch of family slated to arrive over the next couple of days.

Ouch, G. Here's to hoping for non-puckage.

After many years of taking the piss out of my mate's hay-fever (gay-fever), I am for the very first time experiencing symptoms.

My nose is producing a steady flow of fluid, and I have been sneezing constantly for the last 3 days.

I finally have sympathy for the hay fever people. :(

Well, he hasn't posted in almost two weeks, which is longer than one of his usual benders, and his avatar is "time out"

I think Harold has always had a problem with authority of any kind.
