I use a token-generator app on my phone to access a client's computer network. I got a new phone, so I need to re-activate the app. Last time I did this, they just sent me a new code and I was good to go. But now they claim to have changed processes and I need to log into some website and request it there.
The problem is...I don't have a login for that site. Or maybe I have a login that is the same as the one with the token, but I was never given a password (since I didn't need access to that part of their system to do my job). And obviously I don't have the token anymore since I am asking for a new one...
I have to contact the service desk for a password reset (apparently whoever I am talking to is not the right service desk to fix this). Ok, how do I contact this mythical other service desk? There is no phone number or email listed anywhere in any email I have ever received.
Here's a link to the page that will give you contact information for your local service desk.
The fucking link to contact the service desk requires you to be logged in! With an account I don't have!
