I wonder how you can tell what mood pB is in? He is in New York and I am in St. Louis, so I can't see him clearly enough to read his body language. (That is what I usually do to figure out a person's mood.)

I kind of just assume he's constantly in a bad mood.

my group had an early meeting and somebody brought in a cake. Free food, great!!

**** was insanely dense and sugary, it went down like tar. I am sugar crashing hard at my desk and it's only 10 AM.

That sucks but I bet my martini headache from last night is worse. :(

Man, that's not the pB I've come to know over the years. There are some posters, like Liam for example, for whom my default is to assume they might be in a bad mood. But not pB. (Or Neo either.)

*******, just get dentures

Dude, I like my original teeth! Can't I avoid at least one redneck stereotype?

...
ur gettin old man. just like us all. beats dyin tho, membah dat!

:fu:

I'm not old! I'm aged like a fine wine!

Seriously, though, it does make me feel old. I keep thinking that I'm only in my early 30s, and there shouldn't be anything wrong with me yet, but then I realize I'm finally to the age where things can start going wrong and maintenance is important. Plus, now I'm having a little freakout wondering if it's actually a big deal.

Not a bad mood, but I am constantly anxious.

i'm not a cry baby.

Not you, you fuzzy little meat muffin.

But worth it, right?

The lesson from this morning's martini headache: do not check work email after 7pm. It might encourage over consumption.

Is this the same dentist you've been using? After a time away from dental maintenance I wandered into a local chain dentist shop and they said I was '4s all around and then started talking about financing and when can we schedule you and we have to do this expensive gum-scraping before we clean or do x-rays - and I pulled off the apron and walked out.

Mind you, while I was in the chair, waiting, I overheard heard this slick business manager talking about upselling customers to XXX treatment plan, so I already had one foot out the door.

I have learned that lesson myself, not from theory but from experience.

Same here. I offended a gay man and a bunch of ***-hags (is there a better noun for them?) when I used the word twink properly in a sentence. Apparently I am not allowed to use it if I am not gay.

I was unaware of that rule. When I learned my lesson, it wasn't from poking them with words, though.
