So tired. My kid decided to wake up at 12:15 last night for no reason. The missus tried to console him, to no avail, so I went up to deal with him. I was up there for about an hour trying to get him back to sleep, and he kept doing this thing where he'd fall asleep, only to pop up and check to see if I was still in the room. If he couldn't see me, he'd get hysterical. Eventually, I gave up and grabbed a pillow and blanket and slept on the floor next to his crib. Suffice it to say, the little sleep I managed to get wasn't exactly restful.
