i keep quite a big variety of hot stuff in my pantry including but not limited to cayenne, basic italian-style pepper mix, and ghost pepper powder. In the fridge, it's sriracha, Lao Gan Ma spicy chili crisp, some fermented Korean chili paste, tabasco, chipotle tabasco, cholua, Dinosaur firey habanero sauce, some barbados sweet habanero sauce, and Dave's Insanity Sauce, which is the hottest by a mile.
also, i'm still working through a half pound of ghost pepper salami.
a few weeks ago, my inlaws gave me this. it wasn't joking around, but I managed to finish the bag (over the course of a few days)
That's an impressive collection of spicy goodness. I just keep it simple with sriracha but I am on the lookout for hot sauces that aren't too potent on the vinegar front.
I just downed thai-native spice tom yum soup and I'm pretty sure my shit is gonna be painful, though not as painful as the ones you took after eating that jerky.
