Yeah, upside down houses are weighing on my mind too. Went and saw a house that is 100% perfect for us. I mean it's like it was built to my specs. Has this killer full bar set up, huge curved grante bar counter facing this formal seating area with a huge fire place...walk in wine room...I could go on.

What's stopping an offer? I want another 80k in the bank as buffer for getting us out of our current house.

I'm sure that this idea has been proposed already (possibly by Bill Simmons?), but I would love to see Gus Johnson as a "floating" play-by-play announcer who is assigned to the final 30 seconds of any game that is within one possession.

You know that's metaphysically impossible for me.

the pediatric/adolescent OBGYN clinic...

you see these 12-16yo girls who are pregnant... then you notice that some are obviously hot/super pretty...

then you see their mothers and its usually a MILF... its a vicious cycle.

Conne, how many miles have you gotten in this thread about your supposedly brutal work schedule?

Something that is bumming me lately is that my best friend is bumming about lady problems. It really affects him badly. He gets like a zombie, almost manic like depressive state. I want to help him as much as possible because he's by best bud, but there is nothing I can do aside from the typical "hang in there". It is expecially hard because I am getting similar behaviors from my girlfriend right now. She hates her job so much, I have never seen somebody hate their job so much in my life. It is hard to have a buzz when it is being killed on both sides. Good thing I am good at drinking.
