You are absolutly right but being very close to 70 yo flexibility is high on my list . All my life I worked in a trade that involved commonly manhandling stuff in excess of 300 # .That is very hard on the old joints
Cheers to you for your wisdom! I'm in the process of gaining weight back as I had dropped considerably for boxing. I need to start incorporating a stretch workout in there too.
Side note: I've been cooking all morning and an about to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Slow cooked pig with green's salad, avocado, and home made mayo. Fresh made OJ too. (Sorry for bringing up the mood for the grouchies)
