Just open an account with Schwab and they will refund all ATM fees so you don't have to worry about where you get money (or use a credit union that does the same).

I actually use cash a lot for small purchases or if I'm going out with a bunch of friends. I'll probably end up just closing the account and visiting my main branch once or twice a month.

All week, FedEx says delivery is estimated on Fri.13th. All day today, says it has reached my nearest FedEx facility (at 4:30am). No delivery. Go back & check the web updates again, "Estimated delivery" has conveniently been removed.
