It's 5am here. I woke up 90 minutes ago. I've done everything right by jetlag - stayed up all night two nights ago when I arrived so that I was exhausted, went to bed at the appropriate hour night before last, slept a solid 9 hrs on the proper schedule, resisted naps all day, exhausted again fell asleep at 10:30pm... and woke up at 3:30. FML.
Jetlag used to be no problem for me, I could erase it within 1 day. I must be getting older. Body clock getting less flexible.
