haha last tuesday I was teaching all day except my 1 hour lunch break. They "invite" me to participate in a skype meeting with one of our schools in mainland China who are going to send some exchange students over and they need my input. Well, thanks to Chinese internet censorship they weren't able to connect to us on skype and when they could we couldn't understand a word, so near the end of the hour I excused myself "Terribly sorry but my lunch hour is almost over and I need to go teach a class now." I'm not sure if my smoldering rage came through.

lulz, that was funny man. also thats pretty much how it went down.

I have a busted-up shoulder. Shoulder impingement and a bad tendon apparently. Maybe those are the same thing--not sure. The dr. doesn't talk much. Physical therapy hasn't really helped at all because the pain keeps me from being able to stretch very far.

This has been keeping me from working out much except for cardio, legs, and core. And I was hoping to race a couple CX races this season. I did one and it just killed my shoulder. I decided to just screw it and start up with the personal trainer again last week. I got one workout in on Wed and then on Thu got hit like a ton of bricks by a cold. So my four day weekend has been spent sitting on the couch doing nothing.

The next race i'm trying to aim for is the first week of Dec. I doubt I'll be able to race. Too fat; too sore. Maybe next season.

Philosophy exam in a half hour and feel totally in over my head.

Luck. I just need a little bit. Not asking for a lot, just a little bit.

I still have my ipod nano, but over the weekend I lost my running armband, so now I have to carry the little ******. But, the nano (first gen) is getting really long in the tooth, kind of wanted to keep it until after the marathon but without the armband I'm kind of hosed.
