1) People who leave trash, especially napkins and stuff associated with free samples in the grocery cart that I grab to go back into the store.

2) People who buy houses with garages then fill the garages up with crap and leave several cars in the driveway like a used car lot.

As much as I love living in a condo, just to avoid the potential noise problems, we may have to shell out for a single family home next time.

Our neighbors upstairs had yet another party and I had to call the cops yet again. Then the party broke up just before the cops got there. After the cops left, the two girls just kept on yakking away keeping me up until 2 am.

Are there countries besides the US where you can make a right on red?

Traffic lights in israel are more of a suggestion. I have seen driving as bad in other places, but Israelis make the short list for most homicidal drivers in a developed nation.

It's more suicidal than homicidal. I think they have the highest per capita rate of motor vehicle related deaths of all developed countries. I don't believe anyone in the world is in a greater hurry than an Israeli driver behind you at a stoplight. The honking starts as soon as the other light turns yellow and if you're not in second gear by the time it's red you're in for it.
