that was my target. I get a bonus on 3 numbers a year, this year it was 4%, 6% and 8%, really depending on what seems feasible when we close the years plan. it seemed almost impossible to hit 8% last October, I didn't for the life of me think that I'd hit 10 % let alone 24. as is, I'll make more than anybody in my department, aside from my boss, and I will probably make as much as she does. which means of the 600 employees of the company, I'll make more than all but 6 or so this year. but I get compensated for 8% and 80% the same, that was the top teir of my bonus structure.
my only hope is that I can convince my CEO that a good chunk of this should count towards next years growth, but I don't think that will work.
