You know what pisses me off? That people still wear crocs. Its like, those things went out of style 3 years ago people!!
They never were in to start with... Kids wearing them is sweet but bloody adults... One of my mate's wife is German and she is still wearing a pair... I just want to vomit everytime they're coming to visit us..

People who do everything at the last minute and expect everyone to accommodate their lack of foresight.

Didn't have copy of my resume on me. Plus I printed the cover letter on heavy resume paper instead of the normal white paper, which I didn't have either.

Oh well... I did send it out today.

you gotta get dropbox! for a long time, resumes and cover letters were like the only thing I used my dropbox account for. You never know when you are going to need access to a current copy of your resume.

As for me, I took a tour (courtesy of a knockoff groupon) of frank lloyd wright homes in oak park today. These are almost all active homes that people live in...so you stay on the sidewalk and just look. Our group all kept it together...but some of the other people around were appaling.
People would walk by on one of those self-guided audio tours and trample right into peoples yards to take pictures...wtf?
Finally there was a group of college students (possibly at least half italian or spanish exchange students) who were literally climbing onto one of the houses while their friends took pictures. Then they were hanging around in the yard and doing cartwheels and ****. Finally someone (maybe a neighbor or another fellow famous-house owner who has dealt with this ****) literally pulled over their car, got out and told the people off, got back in and drove away.

wtf people? It would kind of suck to live in a house with people always standing on your sidewalk staring at it...but to have people coming into your yard or climbing on your house?

Love those homes, but haven't been back to Chicago in ages.

****. My time at home literally has consisted of me taking **** out of one suitcase, putting it into another, sleeping, and now dealing with airlines for a flight in a few hours.

so i missed my flight (no edina fail). Wouldn't bother me except I had to get a ton of **** rearranged at the last second to accommodate travel plans and the earliest guaranteed I can get out is the 3rd meaning I'll miss much of what was going on.

^ You should always arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight departure.

I spent the weekend in a wellness resort and food was strictly vegan. just sitting in their restaurant looking at the menu having to choose between pressed grains and nuts that they pass on as crackers or carbonara using coconut milk instead of eggs was so :fu: .... jeesh I'm beginning to have a tokyo slim level of contempt for anything vegan.
