So I called in before class today and got a hold of her. I figured this would be bad b/c I should have gotten my last check on Friday, with 16 hours of work and 56 hours of unpaid vacation time.
I was in a very similar situation to this over the summer...I believed I was entitled to much more pay than I actually received but I didn't make a fuss about it because of a business relationship between my recommender (who was also a mentor of mine in college) and the regional director of the organization I worked for. It was, quite possibly, the most frustrating time of my life. To make matters worse, I was working 110-115 hour weeks, which was the most difficult thing I had ever done.
I feel you man...I hope you're able to make it work.
