Question on fit of the Persol 649

So I recently got a pair of the 649s of the classified section. I got the smallest size, 49mm, as I have a very small head. I was hoping for a quick critique of the fit. Whether they are too small or too big for me. Having a small head I am very self-conscious of extra large eye-wear and tend to shy away from anything that could make my head look even smaller.

649s often look huge and give the bug-eye look, but they actually look decent on you and are a good fit for your dish. Well done.
Now get thee to a barber and get a decent haircut!

The funny thing is my girlfriend is a hairstylist at one of the premier salons in the Twin Cities however as much as she nags I never seem to find time... shog[1].gif

I don't typically comment negatively but since you're asking for an opinion, I think they're a little small. Particularly if that's how you normally wear your hair.
