Hi I just received Alden Cordovan boots from you. But I did not get dust bag.
I checked with Alden thread and been told that I should get dust bag with my boots.

You probably won't get a reply here from RG. You would need to email them, and even then I'm not sure what they could do. Dust bags regularly get lost when people try on shoes in store. If I were in your shoes (no pun intended), I'd email both RG and Alden...but I wouldn't expect either to feel compelled to get you your missing dust bag. If they do, then cheers!

They're the same fit - if you're referring to the photos on the site, we use a different model each season, so that may account for the different appearance each time.

If you see an item that's out of stock from wings + horns but you're interested, we can check to see if it's possible to bring another piece in from the manufacturer - we wouldn't be able to offer the flash sale price, but there's still a chance that it's available.
