I'm only using a half-serving of the powder (50g of carbs, iirc), and less than a full packet of Met-RX. Probably 25g protein or so, which isn't really the 4:1 ratio I've been hearing about, but it seems to work okay. Fewer carbs, and I become a drowsy, cranky mess until lunchtime. Weight's dropping slowly too so I don't think I 'm going overboard - at least I hope not.
ETA: Probably sounded like I dump Met-Rx in the Ultra Fuel bottle and shake - ewwww. I use the powders and make it fairly watery.
