Hello

Just wondering if this shirt, tie, and jacket combination work together. It's a classic navy blazer. If not, would it be alright with a white shirt?

Generally speaking, if you have to ask, then no. Particularly so for bow ties, which need a particular attitude/ mindset. Plus the tie is far too big.
