However, my wallet was made by my friend, he has his own workshop and totally made by hand.

Was a bit hesititant about quality of the leather and weather it was real Cordovan, however for the price and from the photos I figured it was worth a punt.
Beatiful workmanship and for $135 delivered it is a bargain compared to the inflated, wanker-prestige, prices being charged for Whoreween.

haha... wanker-prestige. I agree.

I like that wallet a lot for $135.

How does it look folded? Or is it supposed to be carried as is, no fold?

I'm patiently waiting for my Mitchell cordovan clip wallet ... but I sure hope that I DON'T receive one of these in error.

I've had the brooks brothers cordovan wallet for some 2 years now, and the outside still looks new! Prior to this, I had the AE cordovan wallet, and not only did it not look great, but also the threads started falling apart less than 1 year after use.

I've been really impressed with the overall quality and craftsmanship of the BB wallet. Does anyone know who the OEM is for their wallets? The OEM must have even more different models of the same quality, but my search so far has not been successful.

Is it Japan made? There are a bunch of companies in Japan that made shell wallets a lot of them quite similar to the BB one

Here it is folded

Fits my ID, insurance card, student ID and a $20 on smaller side, my 3 credit cards plus ATM card on the other. Still way slimmer than any billfold cordovan which is what I wanted but couldn't find a slim enough one

Ashland leather has a 25% off code that is still live: INDIE1776

Copped a Louie "Little New York" in #8 for $82 shipped.

Slim pickings on everything else.
