My first cordovan wallet, in navy blue. In fact the first wallet I bought for myself.
From Japanese maker Kamakura. The shell cordovan is what you see on the outside. Interior visible is this so-called Saffiano leather (which I understand could be heavily corrected). Not visible is nylon balistic material.
Got it for $90 on Black Friday. Do you think I got a good deal?

Bought this wallet from Guarded Goods 6-7 years ago.
Shinki Hikaku Lava and Clayton Green Shell Cordovan.
Is was a tad big to my liking, so never used it very much.
In june last year I finally took the wallet to a local saddler to shorten it with 2-2,5 cm.
Obviously not as skilled as @Deusis with the stitching.
But very happy with the new size!
So summer last year I started to use my wallet regulary.
After 6-7 months of daily wearing it is starting to develop some nice patina...

Hi all, i'm new to this thread and am looking for an equivalent to this Iron Heart shell cordovan simple card carrier like the one below that has been out of stock for the last year at least. Is anyone aware of a good alternative in any color? I'm hoping to carry 5-6 cards + a few banknotes in the center section

Ashland probably has one that is similar. I don't remember how many sleeves their Frank the Enforcer has.
