Nice looking products at a decent price. Do you own one?

I do. Like many of the small operations that get lauded on here, Mox's website is good, but it doesn't really convey the quality of their products. Their leathers, for example, are very rich and supple. Most of them come from Horween, but they also have a few from Ilcea, which is the tannery that supplies John Lobb. They also hand make everything - the stitching is hand sewn, the edges are hand burnished, and the final product is hand buffed. If you appreciate that kind of processing, I think these have an edge over the machine-made Brooks and Palmer products mentioned earlier.

They can also personalize all their products with a name, message, monogram, logo, or really whatever you'd like. Here are two examples, using different fonts - GQ and Dwell. Mine have a monogram in place of the Chester Mox logo. Nice way to remove company branding and put in my own.

Palmer Trading Co:

currently listed on GIlt

Nice wallet--just bought one on Gilt--though I don't care much for the branding all over the place.

Very nice. I'd use it. It would, in fact, be my preference over a 'green breast wallet.'

Yeah its a looker. If i wore sport coats, I would def keep it. Instead, I might put it up on B&S.

RE: Chester Mox

I picked up one of their wallet/card carriers during a promotion last year. It's not shell cordovan but it burgundy/oxblood horween leather. Seems to be holding up well and I liked the personalization feature. Some of their designs seem to be Makr clones but there are so many card carriers available now, who knows which one was first. I liked this design with the pocket on the back and it's aged wonderfully. These were taken when a few weeks old.
