Dying My Hair?

I've been thinking about dying my hair for a while. It's short and dark brown just now, but it gets quite a lot lighter in the summer. I was blonde when I was young. My eyebrows are also very dark and quite thick. My skin is naturally quite pale.

I've been warned that my hair could look ginger if I dye it blonde. Would a good hairdresser be able to prevent this from happening, or is it just a chance thing? Also, should I dye my eyebrows too?

Any other helpful tips are appreciated.

I'd leave it alone. Noticeably dyed hair on men is not very becoming, IMO, and in your case, it sounds like it'd be very obvious.
