Hi Jason,

Does the latest (above) photo of the Navy/Red Repp best represent the colour, i.e., slightly crimson red and dark (but not very dark) navy? In some of the older photos it appears darker navy and brighter red.

Thanks as always!

Hi Mate,

That's pretty close, the above is probably slightly lighter due to the natural light coming in that you can see. But the red is pretty spot to your description and the navy is not a midnight navy correct.

Ta
Jason

Is it possible to request a full picture of the ''Brown “Thredbo” neat'' ? The only one I could see in the thread is the shot at the top of this page (you can't properly see the tie). Would be ideal if it could be over a shirt. I just feel like the website picture doesn't do it proper justice and as such I find it hard to know if I should buy it or not.

Thanks !

Yeah, HC has mentioned as much. I ordered it last week based off the above picture, which is more accurate, rather than the one of the website.

Thanks Clags, yeah I'll try and re-do the photo tonight. We've had a heatwave last week of 40 degree plus days so my office has been far too hot for any photography sessions. Has thankfully cooled down now, but yeah that pic is more accurate than the website one.

In general, I think your ties are under represented in this forum. Looking back at the SF Family Friday Challenge, there were a lot of your ties making an appearance--yet HC isn't something I hear discussed much. Have you ever considered something like this:

I know I'd definitely bother to take excellent pictures of my collection to contribute.

I think there's a variety of reasons for that, the main one being the distance I am from 95% of style forum members in the US and Europe. 95% of my clients are from Australia and the Aus members thread has a huge participation here that probably goes unnoticed to most non-aussies. That thread is probably one of the fastest moving on the MC forum. But, moving forward I'm looking to try and build the business in Australia more and more anyway and will prob only be an affiliate for another 6 months or so and use that money for domestic PR/advertising.

There also aren't many Aussies that participate in the WAYWRN threads and most of my Aussie clients aren't the type to post stuff they bought with the obligatory "Check what I kopped just now make sure you all get on that shit before it's gone" commentary, we tend to be more subtle.

Anyway, I've fixed up those images on the Thredbo and updated the website which you can see below -
