A real sartorial conundrum. What is the well-ticketed man to do? Maybe his tailor can work one of these into the jacket. It would definitely "make it look custom."

I would like it more if there were a series of five or six, getting smaller and smaller on the way up, like a matryoshka.

This sounds like the best solution. I recommend StyFo's newest Master-Tailor/poster for the commission, Rudolf.

patch jacket looks best plain and unadorned- this looks like a tailoring error or a Philistine putting function over form. IMO

At least it's pretty subtle. I've seen patch ticket pockets that were 80% outside of the regular pocket, and that draws a lot more attention to it.

The ticket pocket should be a little higher. It looks a little strange because it peaking out, so you don't know if is suppose to be hidden or shown. My suggestion is to have it moved up 2 inches from the patch pocket.

I didn't even know until now that you could mate patch pockets and ticket pockets. I agree that it is an unattractive hybrid.

80% is small time. Here's the real deal:

My brother will have to wait for one more trip as they had made some serious errors in length on the last go. Mina was extremely apologetic about this - she went and purchased the fabric at her own expense and completely recut the jacket.

I have two jackets from Luciano Barbera with patch pockets and one smaller patch inside like this one. I find it handy for actually using the pocket to carry a cell phone or business cards without distorting the shape of the outside patch pocket.

I was going to have Mina add one to my last jacket but I forgot.
