The 7750 is for people who need to add a card to something with prebuilt box with Intels hd 2000 or hd2500 and have 250 watt psu (or cables). It's basically the best card that runs off of the pcie slot power. But the 6770 is probably a better card if you don't have the psu worries.

I've seen a couple passive 7750's, probably a good idea for htpc's that do occasional gaming (WoW, that kind of thing)

FWIW, the OP is a pretty popular SC2 caster. I'm not sure if he plays games full time as a profession, though.

Are you kidding me game?

I kill the Act 2 boss but don't click the caravan because I want to try to auction something. Then I want to try a group game for the first time so I click into a random game killing the boss again.

I lag out and die in teh fight and revive myself...but I didn't realize I should have waited for someone to get my body so I can't get back in...
I quit the game and go back to my own and NOW I HAVE TO KILL THE BOSS AGAIN!!

Its not a particularily hard fight...but wtf? It won't let me select a further along quest because I never clicked the caravan?

after my brief experience in a party....I am soloing the first time through. I don't want people skipping the cinematics and dialog when I haven't seen them before.

I think I am level 26 now.

Is this an mmo or single player rpg?

not sure I like the public AH...but oh well, its a sign of the times I guess. Nobody wants to do the work to get something and nobody wants to interact with other people to trade for it.

Some crazy deals showing up...I don't think values have stabilized on low level weapons since a lot of people probably AH them just to try it out. I could get some crazy weapons for a level 26 for 10-40k gold which is less than I have saved up. Bows with good base damage and crap like +100 to dexterity, a pinch of elemental damage, some IAS or +health after kills...AND an empty socket. I just don't feel right buying my main's gear, even if it is with money my main earned.

+health on kill can be pretty cool for a DH once you start rolling with reduced cost multishot and hit crowds of enemies

My prediction since as I said before this is very much like those crap free MMO's

Gold, given that no duping occurs, will be the main currency. Aside from things you pick up and NPC, I would only keep items I can use at the blacksmith then save my gold for the AH. I'm sure as the game picks up steam, more and more similar items will be on the marketplace for purchase. Most will be affordable if you are saving your gold in between each level of difficulty or char level intervals. Only the best items will go for insane prices, which will not be difficult either to pickup if a) You save your gold or b) You plan on spending real cash.

Just imagine the B&S of SF where it gets flooded every now and then (W+H) and every now and then, some grail item will show up. W+H will become relatively pervasive etc. (More of an example for SW&D)

I then wonder what end game will really be like?

As I read in one of the links posted, it seems the game will eventually be very gear based where players will end up grinding for items in raids etc.

The difference here is that you have Blizzards "guarantee" versus some sponsor from Korea.

Yeah, the market will change once people start caring about gear for 60s

Right now there is a flood of people leveling and not a lot of gold in the economy. I've played for about 2 real days and my character has earned over 100k gold acording to the history screen....and this is in act 1 and 2 of Normal.

Once we get less people leveling their characters, there will be less people picking up low level yellows and the people who pick them up on alts won't care since selling some level 20 yellow for 10k gold is barely worth the effort compared to what you could make grinding gold on your main.

Oh well...Its cool...I doubt I will get into this game like I did D2...will probably stop playing eventually before everything turns into some mess with Real Money Trading dominating all of the item markets (and blizz taking their huge cut)

You playing as a Demon Hunter? I love the Chakrams and when you get dual chakrams, man, just spamming that into a crowd of enemies is so satisfying. Same with multishot. I need to start utilizing the movement abilities more though.

I got the game on release and am only level 12.

Kind of off topic, what's the best forum to help troubleshoot pc issues? I have been a mac guy since around 2004 when I made the jump during college and only used PC's sporadically at work and such. Anyways built a new PC for gaming and am having a strange issue where the entire system will randomly lockup for like 1-2 seconds then resume as normal. During this time the CPU in task manager seems to spike to 100%.

I need to troubleshoot the issue but my diagnostic skills for windows machines are so rusty I'm not really sure where to begin as the only windows work I have done for the last 5 years is cross platform testing.

Also did any of you guys buy a physical box copy? If so could you give meyour guest pass? A friend would like to try it.
