People are still playing this game? Who knew.

I'll probably hop back on once the update drops. Monk updates look interesting.

It wll probably make me play another day or 2 and then quit again out of sheer boredom.

it took d2:lod 5 years to become what it was so i don't doubt blizzard's ability to inject life into this game. as it is, the formula for this game is still pretty bland so i am expecting more than nice items to get me playing again. the skill system seems to be getting a boost, which is good given that the whole "viable builds" thing is bullshit. certain skills and passives are 100% necessary which effectively strips down the whole 6 unique skills thing.

a friend has been cashing in $200-$400/week with an auction house bot. its really tempting - although it will certainly result in a ban, it seems like the only viable use for a diablo 3 license at this point. i would probably do it if i weren't scared of getting my sc2 license banned as well not to mention it would be fairly easy for blizzard to link botting accounts to the paypal addresses and bank accounts the money is being filtered through.

The recent shit-storm over Jay Wilsons comment made me think about this game again, and what could have been. It's a fun game gameplaywise, no doubt, but my god, everything else is just horrible. I mean, putting in a pony-level just to spite fans thinking the game is too colourful, really?

It actually hurts, because I loved the series so much. frown.gif What I wouldn't give for a D3: Redux.

Fuck Blizzard.

As far as I know, only the battle.net account itself is banned. No PP fund freezes, accounts traded to aren't banned, just the botting email itself.

I'll try to play a little bit with the new patch. Legendaries will actually be worth something so hopefully a run a day will result in a small profit. I made decent money the first 2 months, haven't really played since then.

Paragon system looks interesting. It's basically the old level 99 system with addtl gf and mf built in. At max paragon level, you're at max mf/gf and won't need it on stats.

Won't be out for a while. Patch 1.1 IIRC. Can't just expect them to develop so much stuff so quickly.

Joking, right?

Yeah. Took them forever for the actual release. But honestly, why'd you release PvP if PvE is so messed up? You can't just replace one for the other...though I think I'd enjoy PvP more.

Paragon system looks pretty neat. Honestly, all of this stuff should have been in the game before it got released. I feel like I'll want to play in about a year when they've had time to fully iron out all the issues with the game.
