Stack some MF gear and you should get 2-3 rares per mob. I typically get one lvl63 rare every couple runs.

Karim, I think it might be easier to do act 3 with more AR and HP. There are a lot of random projectiles in act 3 that are hard to dodge. (Molusk fireballs, bloodclan spears)

Yeah, I think you're right. I'll probably keep doing Act I until I get one or two more upgrades and just move to Act II. I can take down most of it, but the invisible snakes are a real pain in the ass.
Just did a couple A1 runs with gettoasty. Wasn't sure how it would be, so I didn't put on any MF. Between the two of us, I think we found 2 ilvl63 rares and a few <500k rings and ammys. gettoasty: this was the path we used (there might be a more efficient way to do this...I don't know).
Start Quest 9/Cursed Hold
Clear Leoric's Manor (1-2 mobs)
Festering Woods (1-2 mobs in the woods, 1 mob in each of the dungeons)
Cemetary of the Forsaken (maybe 5-6 mobs between all the crypts and the cemetary proper)
Cathedral lvl 3 (should be one mob near the WP)
Cursed hold quest (~3 mobs in the prisons) and then the warden.
Butcher if you feel like it.
