"House of Cards" Baltimore casting call - Page 3

I had completely forgotten this. Given that there were over 600 people answering the same call, I figured the whole thing was a lark. I was just looking for a reason to wear the suit. Then I got a call today from someone from Central Casting informing me that my presence was requested as a "Featured Extra" this coming Tuesday and Sunday, respectively! Just think. I might actually be paid TENS OF DOLLARS!!! Oh man, where do they park the catering truck?


I'm supposed to call back Monday afternoon to confirm. I guess they'll tell me then what I need to bring but I plan to wear the exact same clothes that I went to the casting call in. Might as well dance with the one that brung me.

Thanks, guys! The schedule keeps changing. I may be needed tomorrow afternoon/evening...or not!

Anyhow, I was told to dress as a "reporter". Print or TV was not specified. Remember, I won't be speaking so likely not an interviewer/studio type thing.

Any suggestions?

I figure a sports coat/blazer so far. Probably either a white semi spread collar shirt or a light blue of the same.

I've got a couple of dark sport coats as well. Oddly, no pics.

Pants would likely be RLPL tan, Canali dark blue or Polo gray flannel (first pic at top) or the greenish Mabitex in the bottom pic.

Or I could go with the navy suit from the earlier posts that I wore to the call.

Roger. I'll bring both. I'm supposed to check in after noon to see what time the call is for. Then it'll be a long night, I suppose.

No. They kept telling me to call back at different times. Now I'm supposed to call tomorrow. Did you get in on any filming?

Congrats! Yeah, the Central Casting rep sounded pretty exasperated about the shooting delays.

I had 4 different complete changes in the car just in case they didn't care for option A, B or C. Good to know about the P.S but I'll have it ready in case.

BTW...did they have a policy about cell phones and cameras?
