I've been slack lately, but must've done at least a couple of hundred since I last posted, just dont know exactly. We need some serious help to reach 100K

I'm counting on Jet to crank out about 1000/day for the remainder of the year smile.gif

+ 100 over two days =

I do more when its hot...usually don't do them at the gym, only on scaffolding when I'm out running and when I go through parks with the set up. Luckily there's scaffolding all over my neighborhood, lot of options.

THere's scaffolding all over NY, was a running joke b/w me and my buddy when we were there two months ago.

Cold weather supercharges me.

Local 11 laws requiring all taller buildings to be inspected and re-pointed...great news for the pointing industry (general contractors etc...) but costly as fuck for any co-op and condo owners censored.gif like me. Our maintenance fee went up almost $150 a month because our building was not up to code once they changed it...

I'm beginning my 5 months long weight cutting process today...so pullups should increase substantially. smile.gif

Wish I could do pull-ups right now. Hurt my upper right arm last week and it's gotten worse instead of better; will visit my doc in the morning. ffffuuuu.gif

Thanks. Doc determined that I strained my right pectoral muscle. Fortunately, it feels much better today.

I worked on shoulders and arms last Tuesday, and my guess is that my tendency to exhibit bad form as I reach failure finally caught up with me. But I also did a lot of yoga last week that had me twisting in the most uncomfortable ways. Idk for sure, but doc thought it was likely due to overuse. Interestingly I thought it was my bicep, but doc put my arm through various maneuvers that made it easy to identify the problem. Feels better tonight, I can raise my arm now without screaming like a little girl. laugh.gif

Alright that's good to hear at least, I hate set backs like that but you gotta rest up.

Over the long weekend, then today.

46555 + 112 + 132 + 123 = 46922

C'mon. You can't let a mouthy Persian and a fat old Asian be leading the pack. Are you guys really saying that middle aged Harold and Kumar are the ones to beat?

I'm doing mine heavy as fuark so my numbers are low, should hit a combined weight of 260lb next week.

Did 50 last night so,

46922 + 50 = 46972
