3 plates is hardcore shit man. I was up to 2 plates plus a quarter on each...got 5 with a solid spot on the last 2. Now I'm down to benching 245 with a spot 3 times...m'eh

you know I guess it's a socal/west coast thing but everybody here works out and 3 plates ain't a big deal, motherfuckers live at the gym and so many juicers it's ridiculous (i don't believe in the easy way out)

I can rep 2 plates but I can't throw it up all day which is my goal, but I did 5 sets of a plate and a quarter on incline a couple of months ago and I was able to pull off 2 plates on incline a couple weeks ago but I can't do it all day (that shit felt heavy as fuck)

Nice on the dbs...I only ever did 115s for 6 when I was like 185 lbs. Im 160 now...thats not happening anymore Im at 90s for 6 on incline.

Nice man, anything triple digits is respectable and when you're getting to 110+ it's always big props. I don't think I've done more than 90s on incline but I always switch up the chest routine so maybe I'll have an all incline day next week. I used to weigh 184 (to my shock) but I'm down to 172 right now. I'd like to lose the last 5 and maybe pack on a few more lbs of muscle to be 170 ripped. Going to start running to the gym again (stopped 2 months ago bc it was too damn hot here) and start doing sprints on off gym days, got a new nike running jacket specifically for this lol8[1].gif

Nice, how tall are you? I was massive at 185 and under 10 percent. I eventually did what you want to do and got to 170 at sub 8 percent. But then senior year of college came and I decided to have too much fun and never really got back into it ha. Im sitting at a nice 10-12 percent at 160 now but I only workout twice a week and run twice a week and my diet is absolute crap. (no where near enough protein because I am too cheap to buy food)

I'm 5'10" or 11", was stick thin in college (which was a long ass time ago). Never been super low body fat but now is the time, diet is pretty good I would say. You've got a high ass metabolism which I lack so I have to work hard as fuck.

Noob still, aiming to get to 10 a set first. On a side note, what pull-up bars do you folks use at home (if at all)?

I can't believe that I haven't posted here for over a week - anyway, 4 pullup days since then.

40487 + 101 + 110 + 105 + 112 = 40828

I am on for 5x over 100 this week.

My highest DB bench ever has been 105 lbs a hand x3, and at that point I was 155 lbs, and between 7-8% bf. I was also in my 20s.

I don't do much bench at all, and the last time I did anything over 90 hand, it was 95x10, which I thought was decent considering I was nowhere near to failure at any point. Clearly, I need to push a lot more though to keep up.
