Bro, I stretched the bicep real good and warmed up on preacher last night, was able to curl 100 lbs on my last set of ez curl and no pain. On my way to the gym right now, be back later.

I volunteered, on a whim, to make a sign, in the middle of my workout. So, that was 60 in. Took about 40 minutes of drawing. After that, it was a serious new lease on life - sort of like a 2 a day, really, except with minimal rest time in between. Elbows still sore, but not at much. I'll see what I decide to do today.
