If you can do 100 in sets of 10+ the entire time, hats off to you. I start off with sets of 12 or so, but I can only sustain 10 or more for 6 or 7 sets. The last 30 or so usually take me about 3 broken sets, which I count as about 5-6 sets. So, my 100+ takes 11 to 13 sets. I do about 200-300 pushups a day, but I never do any situps. I've heard too many horror stories about them, and ime, they strain the back. I do other things for abs that seem to work just as well.
