Moved up to 11.25kg added, warmed up with a couple ones unweighted, felt ridiculously easy.

Good job fuji adding weight. I've had to remove it to keep my repetitions high enough due to gaining body weight. frown.gif

I think that 80 BW is probably the sweet spot between not enough and straining my neck.

I have done 50 every wednesday since the beginning of the year as my back warm up...1250 + 11736 =12986
