Been slacking, didn't do them yesterday, only did these today because i walked past a swing set and felt compelled. Will try get in 100 tomorrow.

Don't make me be that old man who has to whup people's baby soft asses. Two intense days after a rare 2 rest day period:

9015 + 111 (Friday) + 103 (today) = 9229

Now, going to finish up this chicken parm (feel like I really need the protein) this coconut water (electrolytes completely depleted after 120 minutes with very little rest.)

I may be killing myself. I usually warm up every day (including rest days like today) with some shadowboxing and pushups - and today, my arms felt completely leaden. So, except for some soccer with my daughters, who are nearly 5 and nearly 3, I'm just going to hang out and watch some basketball.

A 10kg plate will slow you down, but you can just do more low rep sets. You are throwing up decent numbers. Don't let us down, man.

took about an hour with some heavy overhead pressing in between.


I don't think increasing by 1 rep every week is fast enough, might just jump up to sets of 10 next week, but i don't want to go too close to failure. Hoping to have a max of 20 reps in a month or 2.
