8482 + 10 + 15 = 8517. I'm going to start doing these on the way to work and on the way home. Hopefully my numbers start going up more significantly.

Was super tired today, and had a full slate of meetings after my workout, so listened to discretion, and didn't push to the 3 digit mark.
