I was able to do six unassisted pull-ups today, twice. So 12. Sounds very pussy I know but trust me for me it is a big deal. I was frankly surprised I could do that many.

I do not expect to be a major contributor to this thread but I do pull-ups 3x/week but they are typically assisted so I figured they don't count.

I've realized I'm pretty bicep dominant, so I'm switching to wide-grips for a while. It means my volume might go down for a bit till I can develop my lats a little more. frown.gif

I do wide grip at home and find it very difficult. When I went to my MA class they had a pull up bar and everyone was doing them shoulder width so I tried that and was able to do 6x2. I think at home the most I have ever been able to do with the wide grip (bar ends angled down) is 2-3. But it's been so long since I have tried that, I have no idea. I use these big rubber band thingies for now.
