Weighted dips - be careful of the joints. I used to do them with up to 2 plats (90 lbs) strapped, but they wreaked havoc on my shoulders and elbows, to the point where, between those, BJJ practice (too many armbars) and striking practice, my elbows are probably permanently jacked up (I wear a sleeve when I work out now.)
Dopey. those pyramids are killer. Try up to 10. actually, try for 7 first.
