It's true. Climbers are good at pullups (generally). You are what you train for. Me, I suck at climbing.

Didn't have much gas in the tank today. Did a short resistance and weight workout after banging out some hard, short, miles, and the the erg.

How old are you guys? I am 37, and my recover rate is definitely slower than it used to be, and my body definitely feels a lot more banged up then it did in my 20's, or even early 30s.
