They have almost all new releases and a pretty great backlog. App's much more intuitive than the Spotify app.

Both of them make Pandora look like shit.

i <3 spotify. it has revolutionised my musical life.

How come you can't edit videos on the fly with camera? Being able to remove useless frames would be kinda awesome.

Because then you need to go into settings, easier to flip the switch

So I FINALLY upgraded this last weekend. Was visiting family and my father wanted me to go with him to Wal-Mart to take advantage of the sale for the iPhone 5. It was selling for $129 for the 16 gig version and I went ahead and got one for myself. My iPhone 4 was 32 gigs, but I never once went over 13 so I figured it would be worth the risk.

Believe it or not, this was a hard choice for me. Went back and forth between the iPhone 5 and Nexus 4 for some time. I honestly think if the Nexus had LTE I would have given it a shot. As it was, I decided that having LTE, all my owned apps carry through on iOS and the price made it worth sticking with Apple. Maybe one day I will switch, but this is it for me now.

So far I am happy. It feels faster and I love the build quality. No scuffs (knock on wood) so far. My feeling on the screen is a mixed bag. I reaffirm my belief that going "widescreen" was a mistake and that they should have evenly scaled it instead, but I have to admit it's stunning to look at. I'm convinced that Apple was not lying when they said it produces better colors and black levels then the 4/4S did. I'm also finding myself liking the lightning connector. Just need to get an adapter an one more cable and I am set.

Overall it's a positive experience. I'm just ready for Apple to make some much needed changed to iOS. If they don't come to version 7, I may have to take a hard look at whatever Nexus 5 turns out to be.

Have an appointment tomorrow. My standby button only works if I press the left end of it (looking at the screen). If I press directly I. The middle nothing happens. Same with the right end. Sometimes it doesn't work at all.

Anyone else have this issue

Rambo,

Rdio, is pretty good.

I can control what is playing on my machine from my phone. THAT is amazing. I don't get as many duplicate songs when I search, which is a huge problem with spotify.

Still haven't explored many of it's features because I have been listening to the new Macklemore album, which is the shit. If you like hip hop.

Why does iMessage suck so hard? It has two functions: send wifi/3G-based unlimited texts to iMessages, and ACTUALLY manage to send regular SMS text messages to non-iPhones. Semi-often fails at the first one, and very regularly fails at the second (even when the phone reports I have maximum service). And then you resend and the recipient sometimes gets two, but that doesn't happen every time so you always resend a "failed" message.

"Really high quality" products my ass.
