If the latter, that's a hindrance imposed by apple.

mr mouse: You are absolutely dreaming. For srs.

Also: I have an iPhone 5. First iDevice ever. Not in love with it, don't hate it. It has many annoyances that Apple, in its Infinite Wisdom, has decided you can't change/remove/disable. C'est la vie.

Como que? The biggest thing that annoyed me was the inability to put News Stand in a folder but there is a workaround.

So much for the new charger plugs being reversible. Plugged it in last night before sleeping and woke up to see it didn't charge at all. Flipped it the other way and started charging. This happen to anyone else?

Was your computer asleep?

No had it plugged in to an outlet.

Hmmm. It's happened to me as we'll, but it seems like a software or tolerance bug since if I flip it twice it starts working on the "bad" side again.

Can someone post the simplest workaround to hide newsstand. I'm too lazy to google/read.

Only with a 4S here... (I'm not a baller like y'all musicboohoo[1].gif)

Just downloaded the gmail app. I'd only finally gotten the hang of Mail, having switched over from a galaxy phone. Using gmail exclusively from here on out, lose any notable features or will it cover everything?

Howdy folks. New here. Thought I might contribute and suggest your attention toward these cases, I'm picking one up to keep the thing from getting scratched up by my keys.

I picked up a 5 a few days ago. Upgraded from a 3GS, and very much enjoying it. Especially the camera. Obviously a huge improvement from my previous model.

One of the biggest annoyances among many (I had a list typed out and I can't find it -- probably in an old text or something, don't care enough to look it up) is how absolutely shitty the screen gyroscope is. I'm laying in bed on my side and hold the phone in portrait view, but there's no way to tell the fucking phone to NOT switch to landscape view (since the gyroscope would detect that the phone's parallel to the ground).

You can lock the orientation.
