Has anyone tried cases made by elago? It's the thinnest case I have seen so far and it would take care of the scuff-gate issue.

It's mostly a mix of Basra and Kuwait. I would bet there is a good amount of Egypt and Saudi from the sandstorm stream too.

I just received this case yesterday, I really like it. You can almost not even tell it's there. I have never used a case on any phone previously, this is the first time I've wanted to use one as I always re-sell my phone when the new ones come out. I'd like to avoid tons of scuffs on the aluminum.

That is quite ugly.

It adds quite a bit of bulk to the sides, adds very little protection, transforms the shape of the edges from rounded to sharp, and probably costs a lot to boot.

A fail of a product, IMO.

None of them look great; I hate all cell phone cases. But those aluminum/brass jobs are conspicuously ugly. It's like the difference between going out in baggy jeans and a tattered hoodie (looks sloppy but inconspicuous) and going out dressed like Nicky Minaj.
