you are correct about what you said in your last post, and I have nothing against you so don't take my comment the wrong way.
I was nice to the girl and I didn't say anything disrespectful to her, I was pissed because they wouldn't fix my problem and I had been waiting for over an hour. Then she decided to call the manager over and he started his bs, so I decided to leave and not bother with their over qualified technicians.
I was not being unfair to the Verizon rep.They have dicked me around too many times and have messed up on my account on two separate occasions that resulted in a bill of 1k one time and a phone being deactivated another. (We have been with verizon for over 10 years, the service is great but some of the reps at the store closest to my house suck.)
