Just keeping it real.

I don't know how comfortable those exovault cases look to hold. I like the semi soft-touch rubber type case for this reason.

Have you had one of those exovault cases before?

I would not get an aluminum case for $200. I have it on good authority aluminum scuffs.

cost/material/comfort issues aside, those cases are FUGLY

I am getting the natural colored aluminum one so scuffing won't really be an issue. I like supporting local artisans.

Apparently every Apple store in Houston is out of stock.

 

I think they are sold out almost everywhere. I thought for sure one of the little AT&T shacks around here would have one but none did. FWIW, the delivery estimate from AT&T was one week shorter than from Apple.

I want a Smythson iPhone 5 case, to go with my Smythson iPad case. Which cost as much as the iPad itself.

 

To earlier questions on mirroring - I think it's always nice to have a bigger screen to switch to at will. When they finally come out with roll-up screens I will be ecstatic. I admin a couple of web forums, which are always an issue on the iPhone. You have to squint and scroll all over the screen to get anything done. Generally the iOS clients don't help with many admin features.

Have to disagree. This is a lovely looking case. I wouldn't pay $200 for it, but still can admire how it looks. It's the utility of the thing that I question.

Have heard Sprint store have the most stock. If you are tied to that network, try one of them. Otherwise Verizon and AT&T stock levels are still running slim. This should ease up soon.

I'm with Verizon, and I see nothing attractive about that case.

This is the one I am getting and it isn't $200, it is $80.

eh, i'm not a fran of them cases.
