I'm bad about this. It's also an issue for people who use USB car adapters to play music from their phones. Most of those, also charge the phone as they work.

Ordering my 5 was painless as I did it on Verizon's website. Now, walking in to see if I could buy one yesterday? A typical iStore experience for me.

* I handled the 5 for a few sec when someone had just bought it and let me see. the weight was incredible. this might be the first time i've been impressed with an apple mobile device.

* Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt confirmed on Tuesday that his company has not submitted a mapping app of its own to Apple's App Store, though he didn't entirely rule out the idea.

piobaire do you just attract bad customer service? I've never had a bad experience in any of the dozen apple stores I've been in..

I tend to get outstanding customer service. Also, as someone recently said to me...read my posts if you are going to reply to them. My iStore experience is a holistic one, i.e. I did not isolate CS.

Btw, you've been in a dozen iStores? Fanboi!
