Just some more forum fodder but I don't think the Apple store experience is that bad. It's not Apple's fault that you apparently attract greasy sausage fingered shoppers to take devices right from your hand. That's not an Apple problem, that's a you problem.

The scratch issue is real. I noticed several small scratches on the metal tonight. Pretty fucking annoying considering I have been babying the thing.

Battery life is at 50% or less every half day of use for me. Admittedly I am heavy on the LTE but I wanted to see if my experience was typical of others'
