Starting tonight you can reserve an iPhone online between 10PM and 4AM and pick it up at an Apple store the next day.

If any NY'ers are trying to get one, the Radio Shack on 60th and Lex has them in stock for Verizon. I passed there today on my way home.

They'll probably all be unemployed next year..

Jobs had a fully automated factory (in Fremont no less) for NeXT. The problem was that they never sold enough computers to justify that factory. There are stories about the colors he wanted the robots painted (and the problems that caused), so the factory would look good. The funny thing is that most of the technology is in widespread use today. He was just a little too far ahead of his time.

this thing is damn snappy. my 4S felt a little laggy with iOS 6. no such issues here.

it is a welcome upgrade to anyone with a 4 or 4S.

Played with one today. It definitely feels better in your hands than a 4s (didn't like how the sharp edges felt with the weight), but the screen is definitely too small. It's hardly any improvement at all over the last one. The LTE nice and the phone is fast, but that is hardly unique to apple.
