All Made in the USA with unlined collar and six-button placket (this is the sign of the golden-era Brooks shirts -- the seven-button placket and collar lining came along later)
I bought the 16.5 x 4's NOS off the bay and wore them maybe three times. I dearly wish all these shirts were my size!
