No one who spent his life trying cases will ever be able to run for President. Especially defense cases. Or even civil defense cases. I'm defending a guy right now who allegedly did something negligent that killed a kid. Can you imagine how the press would spin that if I were running for president?

Not to mention that picture I posted of myself with a Sig Sauer. Probably shouldn't have done that.

This is sort of making me laugh. Basically, "I'm not saying I know what it's like to be black, but I kinda know what it's like to be black, dig?"

In other news, I am on the top 10 list for the past 7 days. First time I've ever been on any of the top ten lists. That's basically all thanks to Zimmerman.

Both of you are part of the due process mechanism and yes you should be worried about things.

The crimes were fundamentally different as were the defenses raised by the defendants. OJ claimed he never killed anyone, Z freely admits it. Z's killing was not premeditated, it came "in the heat of the moment" during a physical altercation and was deemed to be self defense. OJ went to the home of his x wife and attacked her with a fucking shovel. He never claimed it was self defense.

Also, specifically, what was the bad initial police work in the Z trial? Considering the outcome of the various investigations and the trial, I'd say the police were somewhat vindicated.

If you can't see the obvious differences between the two cases you really are a moron.

You don't agree with me so I am a moron and a retard (not necessarily in that order)?  Are you so itching for an e-fight that you just have to insult a veritable e-stranger or do you have the emotional development of a friggin 11 year old?  When reading what I typed it is obvious that I am talking about the result of the investigation and teh trial and not the actual crime itself.

Relax Mr. Tuffy

I almost sigged this, but between the tits in the avatar and the rape in the sig...might be a bit much even for a bro board such as this one.

That would get you about half the votes munch.

You have to imagine it in black and white, with ominous music playing as the camera slowly pulls in on my face and the barrel of the gun.

That sounds like a great commercial to me.

I am a 60 year old white male. One day, back when I was 21, I was walking to work on a bitterly cold Michigan winter morning, and was pulled over by the police, in my hometown, on a WWH…Walking While Hippie. Actually, I was almost run over by the police as the driver pulled his car up on the sidewalk to prevent me from going any further.

Q: Where are you going?
A: Work.

Q: What’s work?
A: Stahl Manufacturing.

Q: Where is that?
A: On Junction Street.

Q: Why are you walking?
A: My wife needs the car.

After a few more idiotic questions I was allowed to go on my way.

OK so this guy was walking to work on a day that would make a polar bear go WTF it's cold out. Perhaps it had nothing to do with the hair but more along the lines of an officer going who in their right mind would walk in this shit? You got to love self loathing.

My younger brother spent his life as a cop . You get attacked by people you are trying to help . Shit on for enforceing laws put in place by the same people shitting on you . Deal with the scum of the earth on an hourly basis . Those cops were probably going to offer that guy a ride till he copped an attitude . I'm not trying start a love the police rally here but they do get a lot of undeserved bad press .
He incidentally has also been sued and reviled in the media for racial profiling

I think it is unfair to categorize this as a case of, "You don't agree with me..." Disagreement occurs in matters of speculation and opinion. Presentation of facts contrary to a faulty opinion is not disagreement but rather correction. It's like saying, "Ice will not melt at 85 F" and I point out to you that in fact it will. This is not "disagreement" and that is part of what the problem is with this case. A great deal of things pass beyond the realm of speculation into the realm of certainty but people wish to deny this and keep them in the realm of speculation and opinion.

Very true. The case is over, the transcripts are there for anyone to read. Why the feeding frenzy is going on is beyond me. When this first started I could understand how something like what's currently going on could happen but not now. It defies sound reasoning and logic.

I think more people will stay to examine the facts if we could reduce the invectives and practice a little patience in pointing out the falacy of of some of these outrageous theorys
just sayin
The impression people get from msm is that a stone cold racist baby killer stalked and murdered an innocent child and a biased jury let him off . They are just grasping at at straws trying to understand this
