Question....at the very end of the episode was that Megan's actress girlfriend at the end of the bar. (she sent her girlfriend over to ask Don to buy her a drink) . The one who never got the part because Megan asked Don for it.

I thought it was her who asked Don if he was alone, for her friend. I saw that as her devious move to try and get back at Megan.

I really don't think its her. When you posted this I thought maybe the blonde who actually talked to him was the friend, but I don't remember thinking it in the show and I just googled some recaps and nobody seems to have mentioned it. Could probably check the credits and see if its the same girl (or just watch it when I get home).

Unless the girl at the end of the bar is wearing a wig, it can't be her...

I thought it was Megan at the end of the bar and they were just playing the game of not knowing each other.

I was actually trying to figure out the significance of the James Bond song as he walked to the bar.

If it wasn't Megan, I think the scene was just telling us that Don is back on his game and everything is once again going his way, including random women finding him attractive.

Random women have always found Don attractive, it's just that we haven't seen him alone at a bar since he got married, with the exception of that episode when the SCDP men took the Jaguar executive to a brothel, even then the madame was hitting on him.

You guys are retarded. I agree I thought the blonde friend that spoke to Don at the bar was Megans blonde actress friend (dunno where the idea of a wig is coming from). For once, however, Don may actually pursue an attractive chick he's not married to. I used to at a lot of the trolls he would cheat on Betty with.

That school teacher was far from a troll, in fact, she was quite hot.

Have they ever explained why Meghan and her parents speak French without a trace of a Québécois accent? She insists that she's a Canadian, but her French is pure. Are her parents supposed to be French immigrants to Canada?

This season failed to meet my expectations. Just a bunch of unhappy people, being unhappy in the same ol' ways people are always unhappy.

Still, I'm sure Pare doesn't speak like that to her real mother, assuming she's Canadian. It's like Mexicans speaking like spaniards when they're supposed to be playing Mexicans. I'd find a québécois speaking Meghan more endearing than a French speaking one. Or, why not just make her a French character?

I heard that once when Celine Dion spoke on French TV, the snooty French put subtitles on to make her comprehensible, so thick was her dialect.
